 Many of us love playing games while some either do not like it or derive pleasure from it. However, for those that claim not to love games, it is probably because they have not found one that suits them or because of their excess workload that will not give the time to play any game.

You should know that playing games are interesting and it has certain benefits it contributes to the health. A game is either a playful activity or a competitive activity.

While some play games just to relax and have fun, some play games for sports, competition and for monetary purpose. However, whatever the reason for playing games may be, it will not stop an individual from enjoying the benefits of it.

The choice of games you decide to participate in is important, we have healthy games while there are also ‘dirty games’. Healthy games are better than the latter.
